Full Moon Publications

Full Moon Publications is a small publishing house based in Lismore on the north coast of New South Wales, Australia. We create Fine Art cards and books, reproducing the rural watercolours and more intimate etchings of prize-winning Australian artist, Christine Porter.

With our mission being to "make beautiful things", we pride ourself in our attention to detail regarding the choice of stock, the quality of printing and the integrity of the images as they relate to the original artwork. Indeed we are dedicated to giving our full attention to all the millimetres possible.

Formed in 1998, over a coffee one day in the dusty main street of Biloela in central Queensland: from the simple yet ultimately challenging statement - "these would look good as greeting cards …", Full Moon Publications has continued to expand from this scribbled yellow notelet beginning to be a fully fledged, nationally successful business. Our current range includes 36 blank greeting cards in two suites, 12 postcards, 10 gift cards and the monograph Christine Porter ten years : one thousand paintings. A job with us

All our writing, graphic design and printing is outsourced as need be and we have chosen to focus exclusively on Christine Porter's evocative works. Although we won't be looking to change any of these arrangements for the time being, we do offer a consultation service if you have any queries about any part of the industry.
